The last movie I saw was Memoirs of a Geisha. Beautiful piece of work, I have to say.

I think my own first manga was that of Cardcaptor Sakura. Can't go wrong witht hat choice as your first!

So the movie Memoirs of a Geisha debuts on December 23 and I'm dying to see it. Do you think by trailers, previews, etc. live up to the actual book? I had also gotten the soundtrack, which is beautiful by the way. My sister tells me that it reminds her of the Hero soundtrack. I disagree. What do you think about all of this?
